Payroll Administrator

Job Summary: This role compiles payroll data to maintain payroll records by performing the following duties. Manage workflow to ensure all full-cycle payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. Maintain accurate employee records. Perform audit of time records. Scan, organize, and file payroll documents. Responsible for certified payroll reporting. Calculate and prepare layoff/termination checks. File monthly union transmittal reports. Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines, prevailing wages, and collective bargaining agreements (unions). Process garnishments, child support, and levies. Be knowledgeable of rules and regulations. Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary. Payroll Tax Payments & Quarterly reports. Employee Benefits. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills: Minimum of 2-3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with a construction contractor (prime or sub) and union employees. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, with proficiency in MS Excel. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively, professionally, and diplomatically interface at all levels (Peers, Foremen, Managers, & Executives). Must be highly detail-oriented and accurate, as this is a high-volume role.Self-motivated, hard-working, performance-driven. Exceptionally strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Must be adaptable and flexible. Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material. Strong knowledge of local, state, federal, and industry regulations. Understanding of payroll tax deposits.

Job Summary: Lampson International, LLC is looking to hire a full-time drafter who is able to meet or exceed the responsibilities and requirements listed in this posting. Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design with AutoCAD/Inventor 2019 software. Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to gather product requirements. Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure accuracy of final designs. Coordinate with manufacturing and construction personnel to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Create as-built drawings of existing equipment for repairs.
Required Skills: Solid modeling (Inventor 2019) experience recommended. Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD 2019) software and drafting tools. Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Solid understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Summary: Washington is currently looking to fill a full-time Machinist position. This position requires operating manual lathes, mills, and a variety of other shop equipment and tools with “journeyman” qualifications and experience. Must have a strong work ethic and be capable of working independently from the shop floor to various elevated heights. Applicant is expected to be adept at operating mills and lathes of all sizes and vintages as well as experience in repairing and maintaining the same.
