Horizontal Pull test System
Lampson has available our 850 ton Horizontal Hydraulic Pull Test System for testing and verification of all of your lift rigging and associated components. Using a high pressure calibrated hydraulic system, this verification bed can exert forces up to 850 tons to test and verify the integrity of the rigging apparatus. This can be done either individually or in combination in total linear lengths of up to 100 feet.
Lampson can also provide rental rigging for your project or provide design and fabrication of custom rigging gear to meet any need. Our Test Facility is located near our headquarters in Pasco, Washington and has easy access to road, barge and rail transportation.
Other types of load testing
In addition to our horizontal pull testing capabilities, Lampson can provide for you additional load test methods that are suitable for your unique situation. Lampson can perform vertical load testing of spreader bars, beams and other applicable devices utilizing certified weights coupled to appropriate sized lift cranes in our yards. Lampson also has available large capacity hydraulic jacks which can be configured to perform static load test operations. Lampson can provide from stock or design and manufacture all the accessories needed to perform these types of tests.
With a large contingent of certified weight, both concrete and steel, along with various sized test frames, Lampson can mobilize our expertise to your site. There, we can perform testing of your lift gear along with your facility resident mobile cranes and overhead cranes.
